1. How to Delete Your Account

You can delete your Roll-Off Amigo account using either of the following methods:

Option A: In-App Deletion

1. Open Roll-Off Amigo and log in to your account.
2. Navigate to Settings.
3. Tap the Delete Account button.
4. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

Option B: Email Request

Send an email to support@rolloffamigo.com from the email address associated with your account, requesting account deletion. We will verify your identity and process the request.

2. Data That Gets Deleted

When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed:

• Account credentials (email and password)
• Profile information (name and phone number)
• Push notification tokens
• Error logs associated with your account
• Feedback submissions
• Job photos uploaded by you

3. Data That Gets Retained

Certain organizational records are retained for business continuity and legal compliance, but are anonymized so they are no longer linked to your identity:

• Orders, jobs, and dispatch records
• Invoices, charges, and billing records
• Customer and site information
• Weight tickets and bin event history

Your profile is replaced with "Deleted User" in these records. Your name, phone number, and other personal information are removed.

4. Retention Period

Account deletion is processed within 30 days of your request. Financial records (invoices, charges, and billing data) are retained in anonymized form for 7 years as required by tax law and accounting regulations.
