Dyrt Labs, Inc. ("we," "us," or "our") operates Roll-Off Amigo, a mobile-first rolloff dumpster management platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our application and services. Please read this policy carefully. By using Roll-Off Amigo, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information to provide and improve our services:

Personal Information

• Name, email address, and phone number
• Account credentials
• Billing and payment information

Operational Data

• Job site locations and addresses
• Photos of job sites uploaded through the app
• Documents attached to orders (PDFs, images)
• GPS location data (while drivers explicitly enable location sharing)
• Job scheduling, dispatch, and delivery records

Shopify Data

When a merchant installs and connects the Roll-Off Amigo Shopify app, we receive data directly from Shopify APIs and signed webhooks on the merchant's behalf.

• Store domain, product, variant, order, refund, and cancellation details
• Buyer name, email address, phone number, and delivery or shipping address
• Rental dates, selected product, price, and payment-status information
• We do not receive or store Shopify buyer card numbers or card credentials

Usage Data

• Device information (type, operating system, browser)
• Push notification tokens (for delivering notifications to your device)
• App usage patterns and interaction data
• Crash logs and error reports
• Log data such as access times and pages viewed

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Roll-Off Amigo platform
• Manage job scheduling, dispatching, and tracking
• Process billing and invoicing
• Create and update customers, sites, rental jobs, and operational records from Shopify orders
• Reconcile Shopify-paid rental charges, refunds, and cancellations
• Communicate with you about your account, jobs, and service updates
• Improve and optimize our application and user experience
• Ensure security and prevent fraud
• Comply with legal obligations

4. Information Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We may share your information in the following limited circumstances:

• Within your organization: Other members of your organization on Roll-Off Amigo can see relevant job, scheduling, and contact information as needed for operations.
• Service providers: We share information with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating our platform, subject to confidentiality agreements. These include: Shopify (connected storefront, checkout, and order processing), Supabase (cloud hosting and database), Stripe (Roll-Off Amigo subscriptions and, where separately authorized, invoice payments; your name and email are shared when needed and card details never touch our servers), FullStory (analytics and session replay), and Firebase Cloud Messaging / Apple Push Notification service (push notification delivery).
• Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
• Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our services. If you wish to delete your account or request that we no longer use your information, please contact us at support@rolloffamigo.com. You can also delete your account directly within the app under Settings, or visit our account deletion page for detailed instructions. We will delete or anonymize your data within 30 days of a verified request, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as maintaining financial records. Financial records (invoices, charges) are retained in anonymized form for up to 7 years as required by tax law.

Raw Shopify webhook payloads and privacy-request exports expire after 30 days. Derived customer, site, order, and job records are retained while the merchant's account is active and as needed to provide the service, then deleted or anonymized following a verified Shopify privacy request, merchant deletion request, or legal retention rule. Shopify privacy requests can be sent to support@rolloffamigo.com and are processed within 30 days.

6. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. While we strive to protect your data, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Cookies and Tracking

Roll-Off Amigo uses minimal cookies and similar technologies, limited to those necessary for authentication, session management, and core application functionality. We do not use third-party advertising trackers or sell data to advertisers.

We use FullStory, a third-party session replay and analytics service, to understand how users interact with our application and to improve the user experience. FullStory may record your clicks, taps, scrolling, and page navigation within the app. Sensitive fields such as passwords and payment details are automatically excluded from recordings. 8. Location Data

Roll-Off Amigo collects GPS location data from drivers to support dispatching, routing, and job tracking. On supported Android devices, location sharing may continue in the background during a work session after a driver explicitly enables it. On iOS, location sharing is active only while the app is open. The app shows an active sharing control, and drivers can stop sharing at any time from the app or disable location permission through device settings. Disabling location may limit dispatch and job-tracking features.

9. Children's Privacy

Roll-Off Amigo is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that information promptly. 10. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:

• Access and receive a copy of your personal data
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
